Today

Sitting in the Autumn sunshine quilting Melissa's quilt. Drinking more than one cup of tea, and listening to Paul Simon's Surprise. I especially like the song Father and Daughter.
I couldn't find Wartime Prayers ( another of my favorites) on youtube, but I did find James Taylor singing Wonderful World with Paul Simon, Art Garfunkel and Carly Simon....... umm, I'm having a good day today, hope you are too!

I have grown to appreciate James Taylor's singing quite a bit, and I always liked the other three. It's funny I never noticed that Paul and Carly have the same last name! Art Garfunkel's The Waters of March is so good....but I love that song in virtually every rendition I've heard! I love seeing your beautiful handwork as always.

I so recognise the quilt since it's one I made too. I think it's one of my favourite lap quilts.

p.s. funnily enough, listening to songs on youtube and sewing are among my favourite things to do, too! :)
